Working in the Civica Education Team and I had overall responsibility for delivering our contract with Lambeth Learning Futures, providing a fully managed IT service for 10 schools in the borough, this included overseeing the delivery of a large, multi school migration, managing external suppliers as well as internal colleagues to ensure that the project was delivered successfully, and within both budget and the terms of the contract. I was latterly responsible for Civica's managed service contract with Sheffield Local Authority which again included delivering our contract to around 20 schools and managing a large migration project.
