Bio
Tom Lombardo
Andrew Sansone is a remarkable young man. I worked with him at Power Gen & Construction Practice where he was VP of Information Technology. Like most young 21st century men and women, Andrew was remarkably adept at bending technology to his (and PG&CP’s) wishes. He regularly utilized technological solutions to solve business problems. Whether it was finding a way of transferring large amounts of information to and from customers to facilitating Internet communications (drop boxes, transfer protocols, business software, virtual meetings and so on), Andrew was the guy who could and did make it happen. And it happened seamlessly so business could be transacted without regard to the ‘interference’ of technology. PG&CP is a small firm and though Andrew was head of IT and other technology, he also provided a great deal of other valuable input to the company: Andrew, because of his technical background, has a good sense of what customers were trying to accomplish through PG&CP. Often he was able to look behind the request to divine what the customer really wanted. It’s a valuable business skill that shows an understanding of people and how they express business concerns. We relied on Andrew for this kind of input. If you’ve met Andrew, you’ll know that he has a nice, easy-going demeanor about him. He’s patient and considerate. He brings a calmness to the table that improves the flow of discussions and meetings. He is great with people and is a pleasure to work with. I feel that Andrew would be an asset to any organization. He would add a charming, capable, intellectual presence in almost any role. I could not recommend him more highly.

Andrew was an extremely enthusiastic young man; full of energy with a desire to learn and improve. He was flexible (an essential quality here in China), motivated, independent and reliable. Perhaps the best thing that I can say is that we were sorry to see him go and that I would have no hesitation in re-hiring him, should the opportunity arise.
