Dan Scott

It is with great pride that I recommend Andrew for his work within the supply chain group. Andrew is based remotely, but travels to assist the Fort Walton Beach site with its supply chain challenges. Andrew has lead cross functional teams to better the supply chain system at the site and has produced clear, data driven top level X improvement. Most recently, he facilitated a large, cross functional team to improve E&O (Inventory excess and obsolesence). Under Andrews leadership, the site was able to identify and pareto the top E&O causes and create an action oriented road map to reduce and eliminate process dominated E&O causes resulting in over $2MM in savings to the FWB site, which yields $40MM in revenue annually. Andrew is an excellent communicator whose work and presentations reach to top levels of Crane Management.
