Andy was my first manager out of college and pleaded his case to have me apart of his team. He's a believer in hard work and shows heart with everything he does in life and work. I feel Andy was one of my biggest inspirations to try new things and take risks while also making sure to stay on your P's and Q's. Anytime I needed something or just wanted to talk he had an open door policy. He visited around the sales floor and was constantly checking into how everyone was doing and becoming involved as much as possible with his hectic schedule - this is where Andy taught me time management. I could go on for hours about how important Andy has been during my transition into a professional position. I felt as if Andy was more of my friend then a manager, but he knew how to scale each individual and how to approach each situation with every one of those he was managing. To say that Andy is a class act is not enough.

Andy is a motivational leader with whom I had the pleasure of working alongside for over four years at Insureon. Few people have had the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor, but I was fortunate to have that in Andy, who excels at high-performing team building. His positive and results-driven attitude motivate those around him, particularly his sales teams. Those on his team enjoy working hard for success; we want to win for the company and especially for Andy. This approach led to his ability to consistently build and maintain teams that delivered top results. Andy would be an asset to any team. And as a leader, he earns my highest recommendation.
