Before working with Andy, I always thought managers only existed to crack the whip and make the rest of us turn the gears. However, while working together, Andy never once took that role. Instead, he would be alongside us--cheering us on, supporting us, and leading. My entire time working with Andy, I never felt like his lesser, but I always felt like his peer, his friend. This stems from Andy's personality and ethics. And it didn't just influence my team, but I believe influenced and continues to influence the entire company. Andy's accomplishments still echo between us, and I hope they continue to do so. In years to come, there will be times where someone will still say "that's the way Andy did it" with fond positivity.

Andrew was a fantastic person to work under. He was extremely knowledgeable about company wide processes and was always willing to go above and beyond his job role to ensure projects ran smoothly. Any time I had a question about something that I couldn't find the answer to, Andrew either could answer it or point me at the person who could explain it. He's a hard worker and an all around great guy. Any team would be very lucky to have him on board.
