I have worked with Andrew to improve the incident command training efforts in the eastern region of the state of Iowa. His ideas and vision of the training ideas lead to 15 counties and community colleges using the same training aids for disaster and ICS training. He has encouraged additional private sector and public safety agency cooperation and coordination with law enforcement, hospitals, industry etc. A job well done.

Andrew is an excellent instructor, conducting fire related training at the local, regional, and state level. He serves as a field instructor for the Iowa Fire Service Training Bureau, teaching in areas ranging from basic level training to fire officer development.
