Andrew Sugarman
Andrew is a very experienced and knowledgeable personal injury specialist (and Deputy District Judge). He deals with a variety of cases in all aspects of personal injury work but specialising in complex, high value claims. He gets great results for his clients with whom he has excellent relationships.
Ashley Serr
Andrew is a hugely experienced claimant PI lawyer, dealing with cases ranging from modest injuries up to catastrophic. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for the most complex injury claims and indeed have done so on a number of occasions.

Having worked at Emsleys since qualifying in 1986, I have for many years specialised in the field of Personal Injury Law. Over this period I have gathered a wealth of expert knowledge and experience dealing with high profile serious and fatal injury cases nationwide. I specialise in cases involving victims with serious brain and spinal injuries, and have represented a number of clients in the UK who have been involved in serious accidents resulting in life altering injuries. My experience of representing the family of a teenager who was tragically killed in a fatal road traffic accident 15 years ago inspired me to help set up the charity SCARD (Support and Care after Road Death and Injury). Having worked closely with a number of families in the devastating situation of having lost a loved one in a road traffic accident, we identified the need for an organisation that supports people during this time of shock, confusion and emotion. Since the charity was founded in 1992, it has supported families by providing emotional and practical support and advice, and free and unbiased legal advice, as well as assisting families through complex legal proceedings. I have continued my role as a trustee of the charity ever since its launch, and regularly speak to families all over the country and help guide them through the process of legal proceedings in the Crown Court or Magistrates Court, and inquests in the Coroners Court.
