I designed pre-approved deal constructs that allow Sales to respond quicker to customer requests.I led the Finance team through a period of transition as we merged with a Commercial / Engineering team, including training the new larger combined team.

I project managed a change program which brought together disparate Finance teams into a centralized team designed to support newly created Finance Business Partnering structure.I designed a system in IBM COGNOS to facilitate the creation of statutory accounts for a major entity, along with a number of other process improvements.
