● I am the founder and business director of VOXtours.cz. The company was founded in 2008 and rents radio-earpieces for group tours and MICE in the Czech Republic ● From 2008 my company under the brand VOXtrous.cz became an official franchising partner of the VOX Group network (Italy) in the Czech Republic● In the same year VOXtours.cz became an official partner of the audio guides manufacturer RSF (France-Belgium)● My main focus within the company is on the creation of a marketing strategy, sales, and business development● I consult our clients - tour operators, guides and MICE organizers - about the solutions for group events in terms of tour guide system devices and mobile apps● I also consult museums, castles, and galleries about audio guide technology and mobile apps● The business processes created by me ensure quality control of our services as well as constant feedback from our clients● From 2013 these processes enabled us to deliver our devices to up to 200 groups per day with overall users of 9 000 people per day● In 2015 VOXtours.cz was a technical partner of the International Convention for guides that took place in Prague. Back then, we delivered our devices to more than 3 000 people per day● In 2017 I placed the company on the global market. From that time, we provide our services worldwide● From the same year, I started to develop mobile apps for tour operators, MICE, museums and individual travelers● I coordinated the project of mobile audio tours creation in 16 languages for 76 cities worldwide. For the Czech Republic, the cities were Prague, Karlovy Vary, and Marianske Lazne● The created tours are now used in mobile apps for individual travelers (more than 40 million downloads)● For the 12 years that the company exists, we delivered our services of tour guide system to more than 3 600 000 people● Our services are used by 130 tour operators and companies from the Czech Republic, U.S.A., Australia, and Asia
