    • Learning Systems Solutions SME - Talent Management, Learning & Development
      • Oct 2022 - Present

Raytheon Technologies currently builds, leads, and develops a leadership pipeline for 182,000+ employees globally. On the Talent Management, Learning & Development team, I am in a SME role for Learning Solutions -- a division of Talent excellence devoted to promoting collaboration in our enterprise (global) learning councils, driving our systems-based learning solutions (in partnership with Vertex, Workday, Glint, and others), and refining our Workforce Intelligence capabilities for core processes (such as succession planning, high-potential, leadership development, workforce planning). In this capacity I've built on a history of working with Digitial Technologies systems integrations teams to expand our core systems with increased global reach; maintain and update governance policies impacting admins and power users; lead change management efforts within our business units for system upgrades, enhancements, and service disruptions; and integrate systems solutions into our talent pipline learning and development activities.

    • Manager- Enterprise Career Development Programs & Initiatives
      • Nov 2021 - Dec 2022

Raytheon Technologies has over 182,000 employees across a global footprint of more than 17 nations and seven languages. As the Manager for Enterprise Career Development Programs & Initiatives, I conduct and analyze needs evaluations, employee satisfaction and exit surveys, focus groups, and business-level feedback to launch company-wide career development processes and resources. To date, our largest launch has been the STRIDE model for career development, an end-to-end analytic method for employees to develop agency and to equip managers with the tools they need for advancement, skill development, and project rotations. In this effort, I partner closely with Performance Impact and Talent Mobility teams to build and develop our TalentMatch 4.0 progam, designed to create greater internal mobility for temporary and permanent reassignment within RTX based on algorithmic matching of individuals with opportunities. In 2022, I led the launch of our 360 Feedback assessments as we consolidated to a single vendor; in partnership with Workforce intelligence I built an assessment crosswalk to compare and analyze libraries from Korn Ferry, Glint, and Raytheon itself, cataloging and indexing more than 9,734 validated test items, and narrowing it down to 16 actionable questions corresponding to our eight Leadership Behaviors. Finally, I am also building out an enterprise mentoring program to meet the demands of employees for greater flexibility and empowered matching; we are in the final stages of selecting an enterprise tool that will allow employees to opt-in, be computer-matched to various mentors, and set parameters for the type, duration, and interest-based mentoring opportunities available, with a powerful ROI tracking capability built in. Our goal is to redefine our mentoring capabilities with a blend of formal and informal programs led at every level of the company.

    • Learning Systems and Technologies Manager
      • Sep 2020 - May 2022

As a HR Learning Systems and Technologies Manager, my primary role is to evaluate new technologies and systems related to learning, determine applicability to use across the Raytheon footprint, implement and integrate (if selected), and analyze the incoming learning metrics for use across the HR organization. I work in close collaboration with our talent development and 'development for all' teams to construct programmatic, disciplined approaches to internal development, and I share a close partnership with the HR Learning Data Analytics group to customize our data feeds and interpret our findings. Currently, I am supporting change and project management efforts around our new system adoption, integrations, and launch efforts as one of the business workstream leads. In addition to building technical acumen on front-end software development and configuration, I support our SIT/UAT efforts and build policies and procedures around new functionality. Current state work heavily involves coordination with global teams, including integration partners in Europe and India, as well as our own international and domestic RTX teams. As part of the business team, I am leveraging these efforts to help inform our new governance and operations models to ensure more efficient workflow between legacy business teams. As an experienced Training & Development manager, the team draws upon my experience in designing and implementing learning programs in the business to find opportunities of 'best fit' solutions with available technologies. Because the Raytheon Technologies footprint includes 200,000+ employees across a global workforce, I have the additional responsibility of interfacing with our legal, IT, and security teams to ensure absolute protection of private, personal data, as well as company proprietary and restricted client information.

    • Performance Development Analyst for Raytheon Missile Systems
      • Jan 2014 - Oct 2014

As a Performance Development Analyst, my job is to research best practices in PD and craft appropriate training materials for our front line and mid-level leaders. For Missile Systems, this also means crafting detailed strategic communications plans for our annual PD cycle and HR PD-related initiatives, which are geared toward increased satisfaction and participation in the process. In order to target appropriate audiences and ensure that the system itself maintains integrity, I regularly run business metrics to compare our completion and usage statistics against our peers within the other Raytheon branches and our international subsidiaries. In addition, I'm still a local professional writing SME, and continue to craft pilot messaging for all levels of communication, including our company-wide HR messages on up to executive biographies as part of senior promotions.
