Work in conjunction with Information Technology staff to facilitate office automation upgrades. •Completed tenant improvement project of the 4-floor, 80,000 sq. ft. department headquarters on time and within budget. •Completed other tenant improvement projects for two other divisions (both approximately 40,000 sq. ft.) with data & communication upgrades and the implementation of new space and furniture standards reducing real estate costs by 15%. •Converted building plans for 12 sites from manual drafting to an AutoCAD standard for better document management and a more reliable facilities planning tool. •Collaborated with Safety Officer to review and upgrade all department workstations increasing productivity, ergonomics awareness and reducing potential for employee injury.
