Courses developed include 3D design, VFX and Game Design as well as a full range of traditional Film, Theatre/Drama and Music programmes. It's goal is to provide a practical, industry facing studio environment for high school students as they finish their compulsory education and look to their careers. It's also fun.

LRTT/Inspiring Teachers uses a unique programme as a training platform to allow teachers in areas of limited resources to do more with less. My role involved business development and modelling, establishing partnerships with organisations in multiple global regions and overseeing monitoring and evaluation of the efficacy of the teacher training programme.
