Alex David

I have been reporting directly to Andrew since starting with FastenMaster almost 18 months ago. As a sales manager, Andrew consistently sets the bar high and expects a great deal from his team. As a mentor, Andrew is always on the lookout for ways to sharpen his team into true professionals. My passion for the close, love of our products, and respect for the industry have all been direct results of reporting to a manager like him. I am constantly learning how to chase great opportunities and put in the work to close them. Andrew also cares about FastenMaster's customers on a very human level which is a rare but great quality in a sales manager. He leads by setting a great example and it shows. 2017 was my first full year of reporting to Andrew and I took home the Rookie of the Year award in our division, FastenMaster. Andrew also presented me with an Outstanding Sales Achievement award and recognized in front of our division. I could not have done those things without your help. Thank you.
