Andy is the best catcher I ever had the opportunity to pitch to. His knowledge of the game is unparalleled and he is able to convey his ideas and experiences to players at any level. I also witnessed Andy tutor students in mathematics and know that he is a very effective teacher even in the most difficult situations. The best thing about Andy is his enthusiasm for helping people out.

Andrew has a bright future within baseball, as he has that rare combination of passion, feel for the sport, and desire to excel. I was extremely impressed with his participation within our "Baseball GM & Scouting" course, and Andrew consistently introduced topics and questions that displayed a unique level. I have no doubt about his ability to make a strong contribution within baseball.
