I worked with Andrew for over two years at Labroots, where he worked as an outstanding Full Stack Web Developer. During our time working together, I was consistently impressed by Andrew's broad range of knowledge and his eagerness to learn whenever he faced a new challenge. His technical skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies make him a valuable asset to any team. Andrew's contributions to our project are numerous, but two projects, in particular, stand out. One was the site-wide redesign, where items across the entire codebase were redesigned with a fresher appearance. This redesign project was extensive, with hundreds of places across our platform to adjust. Another project that deserves to be mentioned was the gated-article system Andrew took the lead on. Both projects were completed with a high level of quality and execution, and continue to drive new users to our site to this day. Furthermore, Andrew always maintained a positive attitude and was a joy to work with. He consistently demonstrated his strong work ethic and was a diligent, hard worker who would go above and beyond to ensure tasks were completed on time and to a high standard. I have no doubt that Andrew's skills and attitude would make him an asset to any company. I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again in the future, and I encourage other companies to consider adding him to their teams.
