This analysis helps our buyers make informed decisions and develop appropriate offers that align with current market conditions. When our buyer decides to make an offer on a property, we assists in preparing the purchase agreements, contracts and necessary special conditions. They represent the buyer's interests during negotiations with the seller or the seller's agent, aiming to secure the best possible terms and price for the buyer.
