Ensures list is updated regularly and cross-references with numerous mediums to ensure the accuracy. Expected standard is for updates to be provided at least once a month line in line with timeline given and for all major tenants (Flags, squadrons, and Ships) to be correct. Maintains an active list of key area personnel who might be invited to social events, to include all base military activities, as well as local city and county government officials.
