  - Responsible for managing Slice's engineering department, including the back-end, front-end, data science, and automated testing teams. - Leading recruitment for and growth of all teams, as well as providing 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring for team leads and individual contributors. - Managing the architecture and scaling of the platform with a technology stack on AWS that includes: Java (Spring), ReactJS, GraphQL, Python (3.8+), PostgresQL, AWS Redshift, Redis, and Docker/Kubernetes. - Ensuring that the features we are building are the ones that customers want, will use, and fit into the general product roadmap. - Keeping morale high and expectations clear while delivering quality software in an agile environment
