  MRI is a leader in trading, metals and minerals, petroleum products, bulk and freight. - Acted as deputy to the General Manager of MRI Australia. - Executed the successful transition of handling of logistics and operations for the Australian MRI business from Switzerland to Melbourne. - Managed the operational implementation of logistics in Australia, reporting to the General Manager of Australia and department heads in Zug, Switzerland. - Activities included: identifying and soliciting potential mining clients; analysis of clients needs; structuring and negotiation of appropriate offtake arrangements; ongoing oversight of contract execution; managing client delivery commitments; liasing with offtake counterparties (companies, agents, MRI offices) mainly in China, India and Japan.
