I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Andrew for the past 6 years. Andrew’s positivity and enthusiasm is unmatched. His ability to cultivate connections and relationships was highlighted when he was elected to the Mobile Giving Foundation Canada’s Board of Directors in 2019 and as the Chair of CWTA’s Mobile Content Council by a group of his peers in 2021. During Andrew’s time on contract with CWTA, he was instrumental in the development and progress of multiple projects – most noteworthy being a Canadian Common Short Code compliance guide, leading a working group of CWTA members and soliciting feedback on the development of an industry-wide Best Practices document for A2P Messaging, and co-planning one of CWTA’s first offsite, in-person meetings since before the pandemic. Having had the opportunity to work closely with Andrew at CWTA, something I appreciate most about him is the creative lens through which he views a projects – from event planning and finding the perfect space with a carefully curated menu to incorporating unique graphics and visuals into a written document – the flare that Andrew brings to any project with which he’s involved is truly special. Andrew is a team player and a great collaborator, with a diverse range of skills and experience, and would be an asset to any organization.

‘Contagiously positive’ is what always comes to mind when I think about Andrew; someone with unmatched persuasiveness and passion; an expert in the art and subtlety of a sales pitch. Andrew was hired by the Association as an independent consultant for a 6-month term at the beginning of 2022, particularly given his extensive background in sms/mobile messaging and marketing. Andrew has since helped to progress numerous projects for the Association and played a key role planning the first in-person stakeholder event gathering and reception held since prior to the pandemic. Through Andrew’s work he demonstrated considerable technical writing skills and a high degree of responsiveness to feedback. I will always be in awe of his ability to establish meaningful connections with such a diverse range of individuals while maintaining a positive outlook. Andrew is an absolute pleasure to work with and would be an asset to any team.

Andrew is a strong leader when it comes to client relationships. We worked together closely on the ICF Gateway project, the largest account for ICF Toronto, where we collaborated on the product roadmap and Andrew was always there to support any financial discussions or escalations. What really impressed me the most about Andrew is how polished he is when having tough conversations and how he could always motivate the team with his leadership skills and optimism. I could always count on Andrew to bring joy and fun into any type of conversation. Andrew would be an excellent asset to any team!
