  Responsible for the installation and commissioning of all engineering aspects of boat building including main engines, shaft alignment, propellers, steering systems, fire fighting systems, air conditioning, grey/black water systems, and heating systems. All tasks are conducted in accordance with Classification Societies. Machining, modifying and making parts as necessary. Welding to a high standard, with in-depth knowledge of welding marine grade aluminium (5083) I also spearhead the continuous improvement scheme, re designing and testing all aspects of the vessel for development and serviceability Sea trials:- Piloting the vessel and testing all systems before final delivery Repair and maintenance of the vessels we have built, fault finding and problem solving, also writing reports for improvement scheme.
