Specifically Speed Unlimited continues to be dedicated to providing basic physical skill improvement, fitness and mental toughness training to fit the specific needs of clients. Clients range from young athletes wishing to improve agility, speed and core strength, adults who want to be challenged beyond the typical step class, and athletes from the house league to the professional level. The driving factor is to promote a healthy balanced lifestyle that gives athletes/clients, no matter what level and goal, a plan toward achieving their goal.
