The time where I worked most directly with Andrew was as part of the QA team responsible for Mediatonic's UEFN projects. While each individual had their own project, Andrew was often the one to drive cross-project knowledge and technique sharing, keeping other projects informed of any roadblocks that his project hit which other projects could potentially run into, and how to work around them. Extra credit also goes to how Andrew also has a particular skill for getting hardware with complicated and awkward setup working remotely, looking into the the problem and researching into solutions.

I've worked directly with Andrew this past year on the Mediatonic Labs project, and before that less directly on Fall Guys. During this time Andrew was always a pleasure to work with and a key lynch pin in the day to day running of the QA team. On the labs project he was the QA voice in the Haunters scrum team, managing the day to day QA needs of the team, and he was essential in the embedding of our external team to make sure we were being as efficient as we could be. The Labs project was an interesting challenge as we were looking to release smaller projects more regularly using tools that were evolving rapidly. Andrew dived in to UEFN and the surrounding ecosystem, getting stuck into some very technical testing, and making sure he was able to offer support to anyone who needed it, which was greatly appreciated by everyone on the team. We had a number of projects on the go at any one time and Andrew was responsibile for quality on a number of them. He was able to effectively manage the project needs and make sure we always had QA, and was comfortable communicating risks and concerns with all the relevant stakeholders. Andrew was fantastic to work with, and I very much look forward to working with him again!

As an STE I worked closely with developers and other test owners, to ensure gaps were covered, risks were understood and testing was streamlined. As the lead for my area, I needed to ensure a broad understanding existed and could be interpreted into actions that meant testing was as good as it could be and fixes were timely.
