Andrew's ability to balance the needs of a company/superior, whilst ensuring the team he manages is happy and fulfilled, is of the highest standard. I believe, working under Andrew my colleagues and I had greater job satisfaction, therefore became more efficient and effective, for the tasks on hand. This is no doubt due to the Andrew's management approach, his EQ and professionalism. I believe in any field he will make a fine manager, as these skills are transferable, however he also has extensive engineering knowledge.
