  Alongside my role as Quality Manager I have also taken on the line management of 6 members of the structures team on the contract and looking after the project management side of the portfolio. This includes monitoring the overall budget, spend and how we perform against this and ensure delivery deadlines are met at various stages of the structures portfolio. I have also supported in the Programme Delivery Manager role taking part in Demobilisation activities, month end finance calls and commercial meetings.During my time with Amey I have also worked on the Area 13 Design Services Contract, North East TechMAC, North East RTMC and the Area 7 Maintenance & Response contract in quality management roles. I have provided support to and worked on a variety of other contracts including the ASC 6 & 8 contract and Smart Motorways Programme. I have a broad knowledge of highways contracts, lean & continual improvement and the full quality management lifecycle.
