Updating the MRP system with new item creation. Contacting suppliers for technical data sheets lead times etc. Work on Continuous Improvement initiatives; review, amend and develop stock procedures and risk assessments, ensuring the ERP system is correct, up to date and fit for purpose. Provide regular management reports, updating the Purchasing Manager of any issues or work based plans / activities as they arise and ensure compliance with statutory and company safety policies and procedures within the department.
