As a team manager he has consistently had a high performing team, that is also highly focused on development! His team’s success is largely in part to his knowledge sharing, team empowerment, and clear expectations. He has been highly focused on personal development while balancing the performance, engagement, and morale of his current team. Andrew is always the first to share best practices, dig deeper to understand the implications of a change, communicate concerns/solutions proactively, while always leading from the front in performance.
