It was with a sincere feeling of regret and sadness that you left our company to pursue your career in the UK. In the 3 years that you have worked with us, I was impressed with your dedication, loyalty and professional attitude with which you have tackled every facet of your job. Originally employed as an administrative assistant, it was very quickly evident that your ability exceeded the requirement. I can happily say that your capability allowed me to hand over the reins of various tasks including office administration, marketing and sales. No task was too big or too small and you had the intelligence and determination to see the job through even when it entailed something previously unknown to you. You have setup numerous procedures and standards within Meditek Systems which have enhanced our business and will benefit us well into the future. Indeed, without your assistance, I personally would not have been able to take an extended overseas holiday. lt was with comfort that I knew you were looking out for the company's best interests in my absence. I wish you nothing but the best in the future and happily assure you of a position at Meditek Systems should you ever return to our shores. Kindest regards Rory Leonard (Owner - Meditek Systems)

I called Andrew in as an advisor for product development for a start-up idea for my business. The idea was about individual covers for SmartPhones. Andrews part was helping to identify the market and to estimate the impact of this product, as well as a more general SWOT analysis. Working with him was a pleasure. Not just only the friendly and considered being, but the eye for details in the product development phase convinced me, that he is the right professional for this task. Later on in this project, I realized how accurate and thought-out his analytical thinking was. Unfortunately, he was just an advisor on this project, but I would have loved him on board as a product manager/product evangelist.
