During a period of several weeks I was responsible for managing the day to day function of the ATM Service Team due to other staff absences, I ensured that the responsibilities of my own role and those of others were fulfilled. I regularly engage with Third Parties both internally and externally to challenge costs, systems, processes and to bring them into projects to seek solutions.
