This involved working with a range of facing equipment including Davis Head and Forth Tool & Valve outfeed bars. • Kuraki 6 Axis CNC horizontal boring machine with Fanuc 16i-MB control. This involved working with a range of facing equipment including Davis Head; Forth Tool & Valve/Cogsdil outfeed bars and milling attachments. • Okuma MB-8000H CNC horizontal boring machine with OSP P300M. This involved working with a range of tools from 170 tool matrix utilizing the machines unique turncut interpolating feature that removed the need for facing head attachments. Also using a range of Renishaw probes for measuring and recording critical features • All these roles have involved carrying out on-job inspection utilising Process Control Charts and working unsupervised for considerable lengths of time. • Also involved in Continuous Process Improvement through involvement in Kaizen events and team briefings whilst working safely incorporating use of risk assessments. • Completing own quality control before final inspection.
