I recently worked with Andrew on a preschool series for a large streaming service, (I’m afraid I can’t give any more details of the show or Streamer until it’s released). I directed the series. Andrew joined us to work as a Trainee Layout Artist for a few months. We soon discovered what an amazing asset was to the series; we managed to hold on to him as a Rigger until the end of the production, 15 months later. He is a great all-rounder, as a Layout Artist, Designer and Rigger. Andrew is a quick worker, he is precise and enthusiastic. He soaked up knowledge about the program and how we were using it really quickly. Andrew has amazing communication skills, on meetings, emails and on Slack. There were many occasions where we were unsure how to fix a particular problem and Andrew would unpick the problem, work out which scenes or actors needed adjusting and fix it in an economic and clear way. Andrew has great Photoshop and Celaction 2d skills. He is a pleasure to work with, and would recommend him for any production.
