Balanced is a digital fitness platform built for the 98 million 55+ active agers in the United States. In this role I operated as clinical product owner at the intersection of product and content production teams, building a digital exercise platform to empower healthy aging through movement. Examples of my work at Balanced include: 1. Owned the fitness content strategy and execution at Balanced, ensuring full-team alignment through project tracking and communication while delivering high-quality content with 3,750+ user reviews averaging 4.8/5.0. 2. Built operational efficiency and scalability in our content production process, allowing for the creation of 700+ pieces of video content, delivering content on-time and within operational budgets. 3. Conducted user-interviews and feedback sessions for 50+ users, combining this qualitative data with our existing quantitative data to build robust feedback loops in our product development process. 4. Increased trialer activation rates by 15% and reduced time to a key activation metric by 25% through collaboration with our product team to introduce behavioral change features throughout the user experience. 5. Represented the company as clinical and product expert to all external partners and stakeholders, including during contracting with health plan executives, in presentations to MA brokers, and in partnership integration conversations. 6. Experience with project management programs in Notion and Jira, customer support and communication using Intercom, as well as introductory SQL exposure and reporting in Mode.
