I had worked under Andrew’s management during my tenure at Reis as an Analyst for the New Construction Research department. I am thankful to have worked with Andrew being that he is very knowledgeable in multiple aspects of the real estate market, was clear of his expectations in our work, and is willing to share his knowledge. With his management, the team had a clear focus on both quality and quantity, which were vital to the success of the New Construction department. In setting goals which stressed quality, a solid standard on quantity, along with instituting incentives for the new construction team, Andrew had created a system which was efficient in consistently delivering results which benefited Reis’ clients.
