  Problem Resolution and Analysis – Administering the Core DBMS & IT Department, identifying process improvements, bottlenecks and problem areas in the business debt collection and solicitor legal business, refining, improving and implementing solutions for the business‘s core for the past 15 years. Project Management – Led the successful transition and implementation of our DBMS integration with a Third-Party PABX Automatic Dialler / SMS Phone System improving our collection rates and efficiency with staffing significantly. IT Innovation – Responsible for implementing the Companies Migration from POP3 to IMAP, enhancing business processes and improved work handling. Interfaced a payment gateway via SMS integration with our DBMS and Payment Portal Company. Process Improvements/Automation – Deployed a New Commercial Automation-Process that measurably improved efficiency and client services; improving workflow process such as automatic collection billing, email-able demands, automatic SMS / Dialler integration and electronic data feeds for reporting and work flow. These process enhancements help achieve sustainable cost reductions and Developing others – Provided IT / System training to in house employees for all required IT services for the company to continue operating functionally.
