Andrew has been someone I can count on to deliver. He is constantly challenging himself and making sure he grows as quickly as the people he works with. Whenever he is struggling with something he doesn't shy away, he rather dives nose first to make sure he turns it into a strength. His strong sense of awareness with those around him make me feel like he is going to grow into a strong leader. He works well with others and is able to create a group of people that are effective and cohesive. He is not shy to voice his opinions and pull me aside for more serious/constructive discussions. This is very refreshing as it shows me he wants to lead and not just follow. On the softer side he is really fun to work with. His active nature is infectuous and his motivation to be and do better, inspires his teammates to do things outside of their comfort zone.
