Andy Hoort

I worked with Andrew first as his supervisor, and then as his peer while we both served as nurses and assistant managers at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. I know him to be a leader who easily adapts his multitude of skills to whatever is needed to accomplish the task at hand. He is a caring individual who communicates easily with others, and I have seen him succeed in many independent and group projects. Being a good nurse requires a lot of different talents than being a good manager and Andrew had the ability to do both effortlessly. As a result I am confident that he can use his core and learned abilities to be a success at whatever he sets his mind to!
