  Andrew Swary is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel of Ohio Community Development Finance Fund (Finance Fund), a non-profit real estate developer and Community Development Entity that revitalizes low-income communities and creates affordable and workforce housing, and its affiliate, Finance Fund Capital Corporation (FCAP), a nonprofit CDFI lender that connects public and private sources of capital to businesses and nonprofits in low-income communities. Andrew leads Finance Fund's New Markets Tax Credit program and manages the Operations, Advocacy, Development, and Legal teams of Finance Fund and FCAP. Andrew serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of the NMTC Coalition.
