I had the pleasure of working with Andrew in 2014 for a short time when I was in Melbourne on my break between seasons in China. He put together a most comprehensive personal training plan for me which was terrific. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his ability to communicate. He has a nice relaxed manner and was easy to work with. I certainly wish him well moving forward and thank him fir everything he did for me Brian Goorjian - March 2021

I had the pleasure of working under Andrew before relocating overseas. He is hard working, extremely professional and an outstanding mentor. Above all, I will always remember how he gave me the opportunity to become a personal trainer at Snap Fitness, even though I had less experience than the other trainers. Due to his belief in me, I was afforded the privilege of working at the gym I had been training at since its inauguration. This is something I will always be grateful for.

In my capacity as General Club Manager my key role was to manage the overall operation of the business, overseeing all facets of its operation. Accountable to the business’ finances and profit & loss management, predominately through membership base growth. I was responsible for the overall health and safety of all staff and clientele along with the general presentation of the club itself and continued my personal business. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: - Partnered with digital network supplier, a marketing and brand management platform to develop and execute a marketing initiative for business growth, improving their overall member experience. From delivering promotions, hosting open days and implementing referral programs, Snap Fitness saw increase of inbound leads by >15%. - Negotiated and led contract partnership with a third-party nutrition supplier allowing them to sell their products on business premises for an ongoing rental fee. This resulted in increasing the company incoming cash flow and gave members the opportunity to purchase nutritional products at a low price. - Two-time nominee for Snap Fitness ‘Club Manager of the Year’ (2015 & 2016). - Monitored and reviewed the effectiveness of Snap Fitness timetabling, equipment and floor layout through feedback analysis to continually manage club modernisation. This resulted in in upgraded equipment, better group fitness classes and an overall rich experience for our members. - Consistently remained within Snap Fitness top 10 of 194 employees in maintaining low attrition across all Snap Fitness clubs Australia wide.
