Andy is a true team player and always had the entire team in mind as he moved through his business. Andy was a key part of helping my team lead T-Mobile as one of the highest volume Walmart Family Mobile Districts in the company. He took the lead on all aspects of Family Mobile which directly resulted in our outstanding performance. Andy took the lead on holding Conference calls with his peers in other parts of the US to help impact T-Mobile's Walmart Family Mobile growth! He also was a big help in recruiting quality candidates into T-Mobile and also assisted in mentoring new team members to be successful in their positions.
