The role includes answering field technicians (vendors) frequently asked questions regarding use of the Abby system. The Vendor Relations Assistant will identify potential issues and work to resolve the common issues and escalate non-common issues to managers when needed. The Vendor Relations Assistant will also research and identify common professional contacts associated with each other and with Genesis Maintenance Corp. and create a record of these common associations.   SALT is an academic support program for students with learning and attention challenges. Host SALT tours to introduce parents and students on how the SALT Center functions. I explain my own personal experience with the program and how it can help other students. I have also been to other high schools and college fairs to explain how the program works to new students.
