If you want the best of the best, it's Andrew. Andrew has time and time again proved his distinguishable knowledge and skills at App Academy. Whenever we were paired up, he'd be a leader/teacher, colleague, student, and friend all at the same time. To be more specific, he would clarify all of my misconceptions and teach me tips and tricks about how to go about solving a problem. He would support me and make time to help me debug my code. I've seen him be a student by acknowledging a new perspective, absorb it, and say "Wow, that's fascinating," and then instantly apply what he learned. Finally, he'd be a good friend, laughing, making jokes, and simply listening to any concerns that I would have and applying helpful advice. Andrew has it all and would be the best candidate for any position.
