I worked with Andrew Stiles on many projects during our four years at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He worked hard and always brought additional options and solutions to problems, many of which were from personal experience. He researches and tests a lot of technology in his spare time and it was often very useful to our projects. He is very detail oriented and puts a lot of time and work into projects he is a part of. He is committed to his part of projects and always strived to research and follow real world policies and procedures. He was always very flexible pertaining to meeting, working, and anything project related. Andrew is very easy to work with and he always worked well with any team he was a part of.

As the energy advisor my roles included updating and tracking all benchmarks for the four regional hospitals in the system, Tracking Energy Projects and savings of these projects, and researching new projects and calculating savings or potential gain to Mayo Clinic Health System. I also led energy meetings at each of the four sites on a monthly basis. The energy teams consisted of key figures from each of the sites. I assisted around 40 students with questions and homework in college tech math (all years) and business math (all years). The hardest part of this job was learning how to nudge people in the right direction without giving the answer away to the problem. As a Sporting Good Associate my tasks were pretty simple, stock shelves, interact with customers, clean and organize the department, work with other departments to accomplish certain tasks. One notable item I’m not a Hunter or a Fisherman so there was a pretty steep learning curve for me in this department.
