  I joined fabrik a little over 8 years ago. I was attracted by an emerging landscape design practice who lived life to the full and produced great work. . My key interest remains residential, an area of the market that I have worked directly in for a number of years. My key interest remains residential, an area of the market that I have worked directly in for a number of years. I have been part of a profession that has progressed from ‘filling in the green bits in the home counties’ to having a key role in the master planning of urban regeneration schemes. I enjoy the politics and commerciality of this area of the market and retain the belief that high quality public realm can be achieved, and the role it plays is in the ascendancy. I am keen to further our response to truly sustainable communities with designs that reinforce that approach and don’t just tick the boxes of ‘code for sustainable homes’. I have overseen the growth of the practice from one small office in Farnham to one of the major players in the market with offices established in Hampshire, London and Manchester serving a wide range of clients.

  I developed the inaugral landscape framework for Berkeley Homes to guide appointment and briefing of landscape consultants, landscape contractors and specialist consultants. I was responsible for the interviewing and selection of consultants along with Project Directors on major projects. I additionally reviewed schemes internally for the company and provided advice into marketing apartment.
