  At Convergence my duties ranged from answering phones in our call center for desktop support to traveling on-site for customers. My time at Convergence has been a great learning experience for me in support of virtualization technology such as VMWare vCenter, ESXi, View Workstations, and Veeam Backups. I am one of six people in Support Group Charlie and we handle all aspects of technology support for all customers assigned to the group. I am also the lead Network Administrator for several of our bigger customers and have successfully deployed solutions such as virtual desktops using VMWare View, configured terminal servers using Server 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Services. I have also deployed Virtual Server Infrastructure using VMWare ESXi and vCenter, Dell Servers, and Dell PowerVault as well as EMC SANs. Show less
