I worked with Andrew up until Sept 13 this year, When Andrew joined in Jan 2009 it was a very different motor trade than we see today, having to pick ourselves up from the rescission and all its consequences , Andrew had to within months make tough decisions which impacted on all the staff in a bold move to stave of any redundancy and it worked ! and throughout the next few years the business began to return to and exceed previous record years and has continued to do so, whoever works with Andrew will find a strong leader who takes decisions.
