-Accounts Payable as a whole is responsible for processing/paying approximately ~1750 invoices per month averaging roughly $5 million per month in payments for a school district consisting of 17 schools, and 3 operations properties. Payments are processed weekly. -Responsible for all payments to utility vendors for services district-wide.-Responsible for all payments to Amazon & Home Depot, as well as payments to all vendors that originate from the ASB fund.-Yearly processing of IRS 1099 forms and Unclaimed Property reporting-Journal entry creation to record local revenues.-Weekly production of the "board packet".
