I have never met someone more passionate about conservation of the North Shore of Lake Superior than Andrew. He is an ever-present figure in working groups and at community events focusing on Great Lakes water quality. He is a natural educator, easily adjusting to diverse audiences and topics. He is also a natural coordinator and mediator, finding ways to bring people together around a common cause. He effectively reaches elected officials at the local, state, and federal levels and earns their support for environmental efforts in the Great Lakes. He identifies, secures, and effectively administers grants as well. Lake Superior and its surrounding communities are very fortunate to have Andrew on their side.
