Privileged to have been part of the award winning public space scheme delivered for our British Land client at Exchange Square, which is suspended above London's Liverpool Street station. As Principal Contractor, taking on full design responsibility and production of RIBA Stage 4, 5 and 6 information, my role consisted of Commercial Lead and a part of the on-site project team that delivered works to programme and within the £16m budget.
