Jun 2021 - Present
I was hired on at IOU Financial in June of 2021 as an account executive. In that role, I excelled at working with my brokers on their wholesale loan team. After demonstrating my ability to cultivate relationships and communicate effectively, I was soon put in charge of their renewal department managing IOU's entire book of active clients. I currently am the sole person managing their book of business and renewals are up 50% since I took over. My daily activities include: - Conducting daily prospecting to develop a working relationship with active clients - Submit applications after prequalifying applicants by reviewing bank statements prior to submission - Communicate decisions from underwriting and collect required documents for closing - Conduct administrative work for IOU's entire portfolio such as sending pay-off letters or tax documents - Increased originations by 50% over the previous year solo when 2 people worked renewals in 2021 - Set record for most renewals in a single month in IOU history Show less

Aug 2018 - Dec 2020
Working for Kabbage was an amazing experience. I was given the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, start-up environment and I am proud of the work we did. The growth in sales we created by the effort we put in could only be derailed by something like COVID-19. At Kabbage, I oversaw a portfolio of ~1200 active clients servicing their active loans. I funded between 5 - 7 million dollars monthly. I maintained quarterly contact with my clientele to discuss growth goals and suggested uses for working capital. If the customer wanted to draw from their line of credit, I would answer questions and suggest uses to increase sales. - Maintained contact with existing clients to discuss quarterly goals and potential uses for capital - Worked with underwriters to increase credit lines or reduce rates - Reached out to explain upcoming products and promotions - Reviewed offers and answered questions on repayment, upselling customers - Top 5 performer on Kabbages relationship management team of 15 representatives - Constantly exceeded quota and met measured key performance indicators - 1 of 6 members selected to be on the Kabbage Sales Advisory Board - Employee of the month 11/2019 Show less
