  I worked as a Manufacturing Engineer where I improved and managed manufacturing processes to develop aerospace parts for Boeing, Airbus, Pratt & Whitney, and other various aerospace companies. I designed, drafted, and oversaw the building of many complex tooling systems that were needed to produce ducting and various sheet metal parts for the F-35 fighter jet in our weld shop. While doing this I also worked on installing a new Mundt laser welder. I worked on creating the necessary programs we needed for laser welding. This was done through PMAC PLC programming. I developed the necessary laser welding process for aerospace parts and locked these processes in for production. I also trained a new engineer on the laser welder and got on order a new hydraulic pie-die with all the proper specifications necessary to improve a process in welding.
